- Free sessions last 30 minutes; paid sessions last up to 24 hours.
- You are responsible for all activity under your session links and must not use the service for unlawful purposes.
2. Accounts & Access
No signup is required to use ContactMe.live. Optional email submission is for token backup only.
You must not use automated tools to abuse or overload the system.
3. Payment & Subscription
- Subscriptions and payments are handled through Polar, our Merchant of Record.
- Pricing starts at $5/month, with additional charges based on file limits or session duration.
- All payments are non-refundable once a session or feature is activated.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ContactMe.live to:
- Distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized content.
- Share copyrighted or illegal material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and branding belong to ShellLabsHQ.
You retain rights to your shared content, which is automatically deleted after expiration.
6. Disclaimer
ContactMe.live is provided "as is."
We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service or data recoverability after deletion.
We are not liable for loss resulting from session expiry, deletion, or technical issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShellLabsHQ shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data due to session expiry or automatic deletion.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform at our discretion for misuse, abuse, or technical reasons.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by general international SaaS law principles and any applicable global digital service regulations.
